Titan X Expands its Manufacturing Presence into Mexico

TUSCON, Arizona, Sept. 23, 2014 -- TitanX, a world supplier of medium and heavy-duty diesel engine cooling systems, officially broke ground on its new 156,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, Mexico. With the support of The Offshore Group, Titan X will begin production in its Mexico facility by the end of the second quarter of 2015.

Expanding into Mexico is a growth opportunity for TitanX that will allow the company to efficiently serve the regional and national automotive market while adding a boost to the local economy in Coahuila.

“In 2010, TitanX launched a strategy of global expansion to meet the needs of its partner customers,” said Matt Moore, president of TitanX North America. “We have been very pleased with the expertise and support we have received during the entire process from The Offshore Group and look forward to a long and profitable relationship in the region.”

The Offshore Group will provide TitanX with the kind of globally competitive and reliable operating environment necessary to establish a strong manufacturing presence in Mexico. TitanX will use the facility to focus primarily on producing engine cooling systems while The Offshore Group will provide the necessary legal framework and other integrated services to keep the project in motion.

“We welcome TitanX into Mexico with open arms, we look forward to helping them achieve their long-term objectives,” said Luis Felipe Seldner III, president of The Offshore Group.
